The Wisconsin Masters Swim Committee (WMSC) is the Local Masters Swim Committee (LMSC) for the state of Wisconsin except the counties of St. Croix, Dunn, and Pierce. The purpose of the committe is to promote masters swimming consistent with the goals, rules, and regulations of United States Masters Swimming, Inc. (USMS), or its successor organizations.

The committee operates exclusively for public health, safety and charitable purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to corporations, trusts, community chests, funds or foundations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).

The committee consists of several elected officers governed by the WMSC By-Laws. The committee promotes swimming activities throughout the state, including pool and open water swimming competitions, fitness events and Adult Learn to Swim programs. 

Membership benefits include a newsletter subscription, Top Ten and Records, competition officiating, coaching certifications and coaching clinics, Adult Learn to Swim programs, and representation at the annual USMS Convention.
